Arjin was founded in 2010 by Arnaud Sassi and Inna Uvarova – two professionals, united by the idea of sustainable and holistic approach in HR management. Each bringing their respective experience, they decided to focus on helping companies to discover their hidden potentials and therefore be more sustainable in their human capital. They both believe that companies are driven by people, the golden asset of a business, and that the right understanding and management of this golden asset is the foundation stone of your future success. President

Alum of Sciences Po Paris, Arnaud Sassi has in his luggage more than 26 years of experience in insurance, HR and consulting, earned in expatriation and in France at top management positions. He brings his knowledge of French and international markets and excellent management skills, among which change and crisis management play a huge role in designing solutions for the clients of Arjin.
He values most honesty and reliability, participates in charity events and is excited to develop talents and help others find their professional path.
Married, father of 5 children.
Hobbies: yachting, squash and arts (deep knowledge of Chagal).

Inna Uvarova

Inna Uvarova

Managing Partner

Majored in Political Sciences and a current Executive MBA student at Chicago Booth Business School of The University of Chicago, Inna brings her 17 years of experience in HR management which cover the full spectrum of talent management and development needs. Passioned by shaping teams and finding this perfect match where each member of the team is held accountable for others and for the project. She cares about nature, sustainability and holistic lifestyle. She believes that the knowledge of the history makes us stronger in the future decisions, and that the combination of the knowledge of the past with the modern developments brings ideal solutions to build a strong future.
Hobbies: scuba diving, adventure travels, paragliding.
